七、会议背景：食物系统是人类赖以生存的根基，也是实现全球可持续发展目标（SDGs）的核心议题之一。为深入探讨农业食物系统转型的关键路径，推动国际学术合作与政策对话，西北农林科技大学中德农业与食物经济研究中心联合德国莱布尼兹转型经济农业发展研究所（IAMO）、乌兹别克斯坦国际农业大学、撒马尔罕州农业创新与研究大学、俄塞俄比亚农业部、巴基斯坦气候变化管理局等来自“一带一路”国家的研究机构、高校、政府部门共同发起“一带一路”国家农业食物系统转型研讨会。本次论坛邀请了国际高端学者和学术期刊编辑，围绕“创新·合作·发展”关键议题展开深度研讨。论坛旨在搭建跨学科、跨区域的国际交流平台，促进知识共享与经验互鉴，为全球农业可持续发展提供科学支撑与合作契机，助力实现更具韧性、包容性与低碳化的食物系统转型。

Background: The agri-food system serves as the foundation for human survival and development, as well as a pivotal domain in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). To explore transformative pathways for agri-food systems and foster international academic collaboration and policy dialogue, the Sino-German Center for Agricultural and Food Economics at Northwest A&F University, in collaboration with the Leibniz Institute of Agricultural Development in Transition Economies (IAMO), Tashkent International Agricultural University, Samarkand University of Agricultural Innovation and Research, the Ministry of Agriculture of Ethiopia in Russia, and the Pakistan Climate Change Authority, among other research institutions, universities, and government departments from the "Belt and Road" countries, jointly initiate the Belt and Road—Global Symposium on Agri-Food System Transformation. This forum invites international high-end scholars and editors of academic journals to conduct in-depth discussions on the key topic of "Innovation, Cooperation and Development". By establishing a cross-disciplinary and transregional platform for knowledge exchange and best-practice sharing, the symposium aims to provide scientific insights and cooperative opportunities for global agricultural sustainability, thereby advancing resilient, inclusive, and low-carbon agri-food system transitions.
